Message	I was able to pass here in Austin, TX with Magnaflows. I did use the balance tube vacuum trick, and passed first try. It's my understand that California, for instance, has much stricter standards, in which case you may only be able to pass with OEM cats. Also, only ~2 more years until my 91 becomes a "classic" and doesn't need to pass emissions (in Texas)!
